Our supplement Emotional Wellness is formulated with a blend of herbs, amino acids and vitamin cofactors for mood support and to promote emotional and mental well-being. The formula helps moderate occasional stress and promotes healthy cognitive function during times of occasional stress.
The Emotional Wellness formula includes 5-hydroxytryptophan and tyrosine, two key precursors (or, forerunners) of several important neurotransmitters that are responsible for a healthy emotional outlook, including serotonin, dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine. These neurotransmitters are involved in regulating endocrine and brain activity in addition to sleep/wake cycles.
