P5P 50: Energy metabolism, heart and brain health
P5P 50 is the activated and essential vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5 phosphate) and supports heart and brain health. It also helps break down carbs, fats and proteins while providing a range of physiological support throughout the body, including helping with the production of antibodies and red blood cells.
P5P facilitates the release of glycogen from the liver and muscles for the body to use as cellular energy.
