SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine) is present in all living cells. It functions as a donor of methyl groups for healthy methylation in over 100 different reactions in the body. It also contributes to the production, activation and/or metabolism of hormones, neurotransmitters, nucleic acids, phospholipids and proteins. This SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine) supplement promotes positive mood, liver health and joint comfort. It also encourages healthy cell growth.
